Need help identifying a Mills woven cartridge belt

I've looked in my resource books and on the internet, but have been unable to identify this Mills woven cartridge belt. It has 40 closed end cartridge loops. The belt is about 2 3/4" wide. the loops are about 2 3/8" tall. The cartridge shown is a 34-40 Krag. Any help will be appreciated.

Very Rare Woven Mills Cavalry Cartridge Belt

The author calls the belt a M1886 and says that it is the last true Prairie Belt. He also states the belt holds forty five 45-70 government carbine rounds. Over the years when I found this belt for sale, the seller referred to the belt as a cavalry officer's cartridge belt designed to hold 45 LC rounds.

I looked at the specs for the 45-70 and the 30-40. Let's say both belts are designed for a snug but not tight fight for the respective cases and the rims are used to prevent the cases from falling through the loops. The base diameter for the 45-70 is .505 inch. The Krag round is base diameter is .457 inch and the rim diameter is .545 inch.
